To secure your appointment or reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your selected service or treatment and ensures your spot is reserved specifically for you.
We understand that life can become unexpectedly busy and that plans can change without warning. That's why we offer our clients the flexibility to change or cancel their appointment at no charge, as long as they provide us with at least a 24 hours notice. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice or No-Shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit plus applicable taxes and fees. This ensures we maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients. Nobody likes a No-Show. When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that slot and other clients miss out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service to you and all our clients.
To avoid cancellation charges, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance.
As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or late-cancellations will be charged accordingly. Failure to respond to those confirmation messages could also result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten to fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) plus applicable taxes and fees even if time does not permit for their render.
You will not be charged for your appointment until after you receive your service, at which time you may present your pre-paid receipt/order number. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
